Exercise with best

The issue of setting the coaching at a certain
moment in the day is more significant than it seems to be. It's
obvious from the start that we can't think about the period of
3 hours after each main meal, because this interval must be
allocated to digestion only. Substantial physical effort is
absolutely unadvisable in this period ( blood should not be
directed to the muscles, since stomach digestion has concern
).
More precisely, people should train when their
stomach is empty, but the level of glycemia must be
consistent.
Considering an ordinary awake - asleep rhythm, there
are 2 favorable moments when we are able to set fitness
programs and training usually : one in the morning, between
10-12, and the other one in the afternoon, between 16-19.
Another discussion for selecting one of these intervals for
coaching is the body temperature, which now gets to its
maximum.
It's not advisable to train really early in the
morning, shortly after waking up and before breakfast. However,
there are authors who support the idea of having the coaching
in this period. The reserves of glycogen are limited after the
shortage of food during sleeping and this is a reason for using
the gross tissue earlier in coaching than in other cases.
Sadly, at the same time, the strain hormones ( cortisone ) are
secreted abundantly, so besides the gross tissue, there's the
chance of losing precious muscular tissue. Another discussion
in contrast is the undeniable fact that body temperature is
extraordinarily low in the hours of morning, so no motion
parameters ( force, resistance, speed, mobility, talent ) can
be completely turned on. Therefore, a lengthened and knackering
warming up would be obligatory, obstructing the particular
coaching. Everyone agrees that coaching before bedtime isn't
advisable at all, because they delay sleep a couple of hours,
given expansion of cortical activity and of body temperature.
This schedule can be changed to any biorhythm and time sector
and once automatism installed, usefulness of coaching will
increase.
